I have been in the field for over a decade treating adolescents, adults, couples and families. I became a Marriage and Family Therapist because of my belief that to treat the problem, whatever the problem may be, it requires a look at the whole person and all the various systems involved.
I am trained in various modalities though my work is closely aligned with the agreements held within Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I became a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™ in 2022. In DBT we agree that while we may not have caused our own problems, we have to solve them nonetheless. I am here to help you get there.
I am an active clinician and strengths focused provider who works with my clients to solve the problems they are seeking to change. I validate what’s valid, while offering support and guidance along the way.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and two young daughters adventuring outdoors. Between New York and North Carolina, I’ve lived most of my adulthood on the East Coast, though have always been a Pacific Northwesterner at heart.
